If an owner does not use any or some of the common areas, does the owner have to pay the assessed expenses to maintain those areas?

Yes. Under the Association’s governing documents, all owners of assessable lots are responsible for paying the general assessment, whether or not they use the common areas.

For 2026, the annual general assessment is $1,470 per assessable lot.
